Motorola has introduced a new 5G smartphone as part of its budget-oriented Moto G-series, unveiling the Moto G54 5G in India. Priced starting at Rs 15,999, this smartphone is designed to cater to customers seeking an affordable yet feature-rich device with 5G connectivity, seamless gaming performance, a substantial battery, fast charging, and a respectable camera.

This marks a significant milestone for the Moto G-series, as the Moto G54 becomes the first Motorola smartphone in this price range to feature a Mediatek Dimensity 7020 processor, setting it up for direct competition with contenders like the Redmi 12 5G and Realme 11X 5G.

Key highlights of the Moto G54 include a maximum of 12GB of RAM, 256GB of storage, a 50-megapixel OIS-enabled camera, a robust 6000mAh battery supporting 33W fast charging, and the inclusion of a 33W Tubi charger within the packaging.

The Moto G54 5G offers two storage configurations: 8GB of RAM paired with 128GB of storage priced at Rs 15,999, and the 12GB RAM model with 256GB of storage priced at Rs 18,999. Customers can avail themselves of bank or exchange offers to reduce the cost further, with the base model effectively obtainable for Rs 14,499 when factoring in these promotions. Similarly, during the launch event, customers can acquire the 12GB RAM model with 256GB storage for Rs 17,499.

Additionally, Motorola has entered into a partnership with Jio to offer benefits worth up to Rs 5,000, which includes a Rs 2,000 cashback on the 399 prepaid plans and an additional Rs 3,000 in partner coupons.

The Moto G54 5G is available in three appealing color variants: Midnight Blue, Pearl Blue, and Mint Green. It is currently up for purchase on the popular e-commerce platform, Flipkart.
